Platform Role
PrivateInvestor.com provides a marketplace and lead-management platform that may connect borrowers, applicants, lenders, investors, brokers, and other funding sources. The platform is not a guarantee of funding, loan approval, credit approval, underwriting approval, or specific loan terms.
Borrower Submissions
Submitting a scenario or application does not mean a loan has been approved. Scenario status labels reflect marketplace review/listing status only unless a licensed funding source separately provides written loan terms or approvals outside this preliminary platform workflow.
Funding Source Accounts
Lenders, investors, brokers, and other funding sources are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, directory listing, criteria, offers, licensing disclosures, and communications. Directory visibility and lead alerts may be controlled by account status and platform settings.
Credits and Lead Access
Credits may be purchased and redeemed for lead access according to the active pricing and credit rules shown in the portal. Credits, promotional credits, refunds, reversals, and expirations may be tracked in the platform credit ledger.

Acceptable Use
Users must not submit false information, misuse borrower or funding-source information, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected records, or use the platform in violation of applicable laws.
